Color Me Calm

Holiday Air Plant Ornament Workshop

Illinois Valley Birth and Breast Feeding Support Group

Samantha Whiteaker hosts this meeting. This free monthly Breastfeeding and Information Support Group welcomes pregnant mothers, babies, and toddlers. CANCELLED - Brick Builder's Club

Come for an evening of brick building with Lego's® on the 3rd Tuesday of the month.
There is no fee to be in this club.Builders 5-12 years enjoy themed building challenges each session or can build their own designs. Kids build from 6-6:45 pm and each builder can present his/her design to the club members beginning at 6:45 pm.
Lego® bricks are provided. Please do not bring Lego® bricks or figures from home. Lego designs remain on display for at least 1 week. Call 815-223-0229 ext. 214 to make an initial registration. Walk-ins welcome.

Teen Advisory Group (TAG)
December 26, 2025 @ 3:30 pm - 4:45 pm, Library Meeting Room
TAG Members:
- Encourage teen involvement in the library, promote and encourage reading by teens
- Take a leadership role in the planning and hosting of teen programs, services, and events
- Advise the Program Librarian on teen interests and trends
- Advise book choice for teens on what they will need for homework and enjoyment
The Peru Library TAG meets on the last Friday of the month at 3:30. Snacks are provided.
